Nicole Carter is a Master Herbalist with over 12 years of experience working with herbal medicine. She is also a health educator with a Masters Degree in Health Promotion and has been teaching herbal medicine and health education classes in her community since 2002. In 2007, Nicole founded the Las Vegas Herb Co-Operative to help build an herbal community for her students to take part in.
